Does cooking for your family feel daunting at times? This is the perfect class for anyone who would like to make family meals from scratch with confidence. You will go home armed with the skills and recipes to make a different family meal from Monday to Friday – 5 different dishes – quickly and cheaply.
Run by two mums who understand the demands of cooking the family meal (whilst trying to multi-task with helping the children with homework, loading the washing machine and answering the phone; we know how it is!), we have put together a menu of family classics that can be prepared in advance, or in stages, to fit around family life:
*Bolognese (with meat or quorn) and showing how to turn leftovers into Lasagne
*Veggie chilli and showing how to use leftovers for Tacos with Guacamole the next day
*Bean burgers or Fish cakes (depending on dietary preference)
We’ve carefully designed the menu so that leftovers can be turned into new dishes (saving you both time and money), and are suitable for a spectrum of dietary requirements.
Come along to our Family Classics class for a friendly evening and learn new skills in an informal encouraging environment. Having cooked with us, you will enjoy one of the dishes as your evening meal in the class, and take another home for your family to eat the next day.
