Bookings and Payments
Our classes are booked and paid for in advance, which means that we can provide the best level of service with appropriate staffing levels and the freshest food.
Holiday classes can be cancelled with a full refund up to one week before the class date; after that, no refund is available.
Parties are booked and secured with a 50% deposit, paid at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable. We require numbers and dietary requirements/food allergies one week before the date of the party, and the balance is payable on the day of the party.
Our weekly classes are booked in blocks and are paid for in advance. We are afraid that if your child does have to miss a class due to illness/other circumstances, no refund is available.
If we need to cancel a class, we will endeavour to reach you via email and phone as soon as we can, and a refund for that class will be made.
We do ask, in the best interests of your child and other members of the class, that you do not bring your child to any of our classes if your child has been vomiting, experienced a high temperature or diarrhea within the 48 hours prior to a class.
It is up to the customer to provide Scrumptious Pumpkin with full details of any allergy advice or dietary requirements. If the customer informs us of dietary requirements and allergy advice then we will ensure that we will provide suitable ingredients. Under no circumstance can Scrumptious Pumpkin be held liable for any allergic reaction to customers at any of our classes or parties. We are not insured to take customers with nut allergies; if you/your child does have a nut allergy then we will ask you to sign a waiver, removing all liability for Scrumptious Pumpkin in the event of a nut allergic reaction.
